EXAMSME  ·  Effective date: March 13, 2026  ·  examsme.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EXAMSME ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EXAMSME provides AI-assisted practice exam content and study tools for IT certification preparation. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing any official certification exam.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, and AI-generated materials — is original and owned by EXAMSME. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.

EXAMSME content is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from any official certification body (CompTIA, ISACA, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).

4. Permitted Use

Your account and subscription are for personal use only. You may not:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reproduce or redistribute exam content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.

If you have not accessed any exam content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some content on the Platform is generated or verified with the assistance of AI tools. While we review content for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Use the Platform as a study supplement, not as a sole source of truth.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXAMSME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
